How do I care for my bracelets?
In order to ensure your bracelets sustain its best quality, please do not pull or tug your bracelets. Roll the bracelets on and off your wrist while touching your skin, one at a time.
The yellow gold filled and rose gold filled beads are tarnish resistant. The letter beads, including the hearts and Greek alphabet, are acrylic beads so they are subject to fading. Please use your discretion when showering, swimming or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Also, please be cognizant when using perfumes, hairsprays, or other harsh chemicals directly near your jewelry as it may cause a reaction to the metals.
Sterling silver is .925, but may tarnish naturally from accumulating oils from your skin and predispose it to oxidation. It is recommended to polish your silver jewelry regularly, store in a dry airtight bag or container or use an anti-tarnish strip or bag.
Can I return or exchange my items purchased?
As all items are custom made to order, we currently do not accept returns. All items are FINAL sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Please ensure that you measure accurately and follow the size guide chart before completing your purchase.
What if the sizing is off on my jewelry items?
If your sizing is incorrect, we can resize for an extra fee, but customer must also pay for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs back to you. Please contact [email protected]
How do I place a custom or bulk order?
We would be happy to create a custom order for you. Items are great for gift bags, personal or corporate. Please email [email protected] to place your custom or bulk order.

What if my purchase is incorrect or damaged?

Every package is shipped via USPS with a tracking number.
Will the bracelets and rings stretch?
The bracelets and rings have minimal stretching. Please make sure you are taking them off and on gently and rolling them on and off one at a time. The bracelets are made with stretch jewelry elastic cord and do not have a clasp.
At what age is this jewelry recommended for kids?
Please make sure young children are supervised while wearing the bracelets. The bracelets contain small parts that are not suitable for kids under 3 years old.
